Maiden Flight. This is a Hangar 9 copy the kit is definitely for an advanced builder, alot of retrofitting/modifying was done to get things to fit, look and function properly. A special ducting system was built for cooling the motor, batteries and ESC by making the raidiator/oil cooler underneath the wing fully functional. The dummy exhuast on the cowling was also made functional as the hot air escapes through the drilled out manifold pipes. Needed more Expo on the radio settings and had a little retract trouble. Overall it was a successful flight and the minor bugs will be worked out. Thanks Joe for putting this awesome airplane together…You’re the man!! How about that landing……

Great video and a well executed landing.
Could you give us some more details on the electric conversion? (Motor, esc, batteries etc.)
