Star Trek Enterprise RC plane

I’m a huge Trekker and didn’t know that fellow Electron’s Club member John Krietzer was also into the show until he e-mailed me pictures of his RC version of the Enterprise A. It’s made out of depron foam from plans that he found in Model Aviation magazine. So we decided to have some fun. I know the music is from The Next Generation but it seemed to fit better editing. Also thanks to William Shatner who tweeted about this video. Yup, Captain Kirk himself. Be sure to check out my other videos and subscribe to my channel. Enjoy!

  1. I thought I had left an “At a Boy” here before, but having trouble finding it. I like your design and subbed the RC Groups thread. I have left a few thoughts already, so I won’t get into more here. I may have to build one like yours soon. Just love the idea. Thanks for sharing.

  2. From Wiki
“A Trekkie or Trekker is a fan of the Star Trek franchise, or of specific television series or films within that franchise.”
    Thanks for watching.

    G’day… Excellent clip. I stumbled onto it…
Synchronicity is wonderful. The Original Model of the Entersise, used to film the original TV Series, was made by Volmer Jensen – the Californian Aeroplane Designer. Last week, I posted a clip about his Ultralight Motorglider. Search ‘VJ-24w SUNFUN’ , to locate it… Disregard the Clip’s Title Illustration, Uploaded from a Phone & the Software often picks a wrong snippet. It did that…!

  4. Brilliant just brilliant where can i get one will you pass on the plans ?
